Mr. Dearman worked his entire career as a carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lavon and Geneva Dearman and his brother, David Dearman. Mr. Dearman is survived by his three children, Joseph Credeur (Rhodessa) of Crowley, LA, Glenn Dickinson, Jr.

of Duson, LA, and Laura Isadore (Larry) of Duson, LA; three sisters, Joy Martin (Jerry) of Dixie, MS, Judy Evans (Richard) of Shady Point, OK, and Lisa Stewart (Robert) of Purvis, MS; eight grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held December 16, 2016 in Lafayette, LA. James Lavon Dearman Purvis William F. Logan, 88, of Purvis, died December 12, 2016, at his home. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg from 1:30 p.m.

Bennett was born June 27, 1942 in Sumrall. He graduated from Sumrall High School in 1964, was a member of First Baptist Church of Oloh and a retired Security Officer from Wesley Hospital. Mr. Bennett was an avid collector and restorer of vintage vehicles and a former member of the Real Steel Car Club of Purvis, Mississippi. He was well loved in the community for his caring nature and spirit of generosity.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Lizzie (Bounds) Bennett and one brother Alford Bennett. He is survived by his wife of forty-one years, Hazel Mixon Bennett, two daughters, Kim Higginbotham, Liz Maloney (Donald) all of Sumrall. One sister, Charlene B.
