@Ask_Spectrum I have since learned that several of my neighbors who have Spectrum are dealing with same issue. And this was before the shut in. It’s possible that Spectrum’s equipment is just antiquated as our townhomes. AT&T doesn’t seem have a problem.

Hey @Ask_Spectrum, I get you’re busy, but if your support lines are set to automatically disconnect/drop EVERY DAMN CALL maybe do it at the start rather than after 10 min of dealing with your ********* of an automated system.

@GetSpectrum @AskSpectrum - (7) The problems continued. More calls. The issue was identified as now being that I was still on a TimeWarner legacy package. After being passed around to different call centers, I spend over an hour getting switched to a Spectrum package

@GrinsLkADevil13 @Ask_Spectrum Been w Spectrum 4 months & 4 service technicians, very professional & nice, trying to keep internet online. #5 is coming tomorrow. Soon as he gets me back on, signing up with ATT then cancel Spectrum. I’ve burned through my cell data each month bc WiFi down. Over & Done.

@GetSpectrum @AskSpectrum - (9) Guess what, I get sent to wrong group, who then gives me a number to call. I call that number to get a outside “Solutions” group who would not stop trying to sell me equipment protection plan. I hang up and call in again ...

@Ask_Spectrum Hi, I’ve already messaged a couple of people through Facebook messenger and the issue appears to be the modem using the wrong geotag for determining the time zone I’m in. There also doesn’t seem to be a way to fix it.

@CenturyLink I'm pretty sure @BBBTriCounties would give an F rating for the lack of service and siloed departments of your business. 12 hours to try and get service??? @Ask_Spectrum if only you serviced this area - I would NOT be dealing with this insanity!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
